David Sinclair is the founder of Sinclair Associates Chartered Accountants, and chief executive of Axiom Capital Limited, a UK based Financial Services Authority regulated corporate finance boutique. He is also a co-founder and co-real estate manager of a $70 million niche UK fund.
Sinclair is a recognized forensic accountant, a member of the Fraud Advisory Panel and a Specialist Adviser to a Specialist Crime Unit of the Metropolitan Police.
Sinclair has been a director of Fully Listed, AIM and PLUS public companies in the UK and acted as financial adviser to a fledgling US based marketing and distribution company.
